Skyarena

EZB@EZB

Skyarena was the name of the show that could be seen in Frankfurt this weekend and today. Upond the skyscrapers scenes and pictures standing for the "11 EMOTIONS OF SOCCER" are being displayed and you can listen to comments from former comentators. Does not sound spectacular, but is better than it sounds.
Nicer pictures can be found on the official site(or later here :) ).

Nacht der Museen

At the "Nacht der Museen" here in Frankfurt on Saturday friends and me at random found CARICATURA a museum for comical art which is somehow hidden beside the historical museum at the Römer.
Actually there is an exposition of drawings from Gerhard Glück which caused laughter.
The drawings show a lot of details which enhance the humoristical effect. If you have the possibility and like to laugh give it a visit.

"Instead of tickets the 7 little dwarfs again carried only gooey candy paper."

Ebbelwoi Express

On a sunny Sunday a funny activity to perform with friends is to view the city out of the local "Ebbelwoi Express". It is a tram cruising in the city and playing kind of traditional music while you can taste some Apfelwein inside. On some locations (like the zoo) passengers can exit and take some photos. The most interesting part of such a tour is mainly that while automatically participating in such a touristic activities when away, seldomly they are made at home.

Note to self: Next weekend is the Museumsuferfest:) Nacht der Museen.

Education

I always had a somewhat aggressive attitude for education in the meaning that I see myself as the only person preventing me from going further in what I want to be and want to achieve. But that is nothing special since I have a more technical background due to my IT jobs and me and my colleagues usually had the "obligation" to be up to date with current technologies and trends.

http://www.joshkaufman.net/personalmba/

The most interesting part is the idea that if Mintzberg states that by reading the relevant books you could gain relevant information:

  • What would happen if more persons would purposefully invest time and money in their own progress, and in expanding their personal network?
  • And in which areas like own life-planning skills, financial planning skills and people skill in general could a more deeper insight be gained which lead to changes or new ideas?
Since I am in Germany I would like to mention, that at least one of the books mentioned is also available in German.

Browsing I found two performed versions of the same song.
This seems to be a favorite out there. You can vote for this crew called "The Baylor Studs" at Googleidol.com. They have also more videos to see.

Also funny is this version. A night out with friends:

Bonn - Frankfurt - Madrid - Alcalá de Henares (and way back)

The last 3 days I have been in Madrid where I spend some days with friends. The above mentioned cities describe the tour Sandra did since she joined from Bonn:
"Respekt, mein lieber Herr Gesangsverein!".

Highlight this time was an excursion to Alcalá de Henares, the hometown of Miguel de Cervantes (author of Don Quixote) where we spend some nice hours enjoing the sun and the city.

In Madrid itself we had the opportunity to join see a demonstration against the positioning of parking meters, which was a little bit suprising since I had not seen a big demonstration for years. First it seemed even strange to see such a big crowd on the street for such an issue but it´s maybe a difference in how political issues are connected to everyday life or just perceived as abstract or non-alterable.
Visiting Madrid has this time again been a pleasent trip which I can recommend to everyone.

Puhh...I can´t remember when I have been offline 3 days in a row the last 10 years.

"Google Pages": Online Web Site creation

Today I received an email to test the "Google Pages".
It is a complete online Web Site creation solution which offers the user the possibiliy to use up to 100MB of space to create a web presence without having to install anything.

In the "Page Manager" you see all your pages with their current status and when they where last modified. You can start there by creating pages you will need or with the start page and then add another page by just creating a new page with the "Create new page" link or by clicking on the link button and select to which object you want to link. You can link to your already available pages, your files, a web address or email address. You select by clicking on a radio button one of these four items presented to you in a selection.

Adding a picture via a Flickr static link seems a little bit tricky due to the complete preview of the picture and therefore the user can not reach the save button but hey..save it and upload it :) By the way the upload is starting automatically after having selected the file.

Starting is easy, you have 4 layouts to use and 41 skins that can be used out of the box however I did not see any possibility to change those by modifying those templates like e.g. in Blogger. In the page manager, layout and look section you can see your space usage in Gmail style.
Context sensitive menus appear e.g. after uploading a picture with resize options and some formatting options can be selected from the left menu. Links can be tested when entered by selecting this option from the then appearing context menu.

100MB is plenty of space and the possibility to edit your site without installing any software is interesting. So all those who do not want to commit to a regular blogging lifestyle have a tool out of the Google repertoire to handle their publishing needs.

Just take a look at my first steps with the tool:

Groove: News update

Although it is known some time that there is going to be a close bundling between the MS Office suite, Sharepoint Sites and Groove here is a quick update.

  • The name will change to "Office Groove 2007".
  • It will be the official Sharepoint Site client to perform offline availability and it is also planned to support check-in and check-out functionality.
  • Integration with Infopath.
  • Office Groove Server 2007 will bundle the now available different server editions (maybe then on a MSDN account available :) )
If you want to connect a bunch of people, rapidly and secure in a Windows environment than just give it a try. There is a free test edition available and you can purchase a Sharepoint offsite licence today.

In my opinion Groove is still rocking.

Pedro Bial: Filtro solar

A peleja é longa. E no fim, é você contra você mesmo.

Não esqueça os elogios que receber. Esqueça as ofensas.

Leia as instruções,

Refrain:

Dance.

Brother and sister, together, will make it through, oh oh
Someday, a spirit will take you and guide you there
I know, you´ve been hurting, but I´ve been waiting to be there for you
And I´ll be there, just helping you out whenever I can

Dance!

"Spring"

In Germany currently heavy snowfalls are covering the country.
Although it was not possible for me to drive around with my car because I had some trouble to reach the street even after shoveling around my garage some time, on an average sunday it is nice to walk around and hear some birds sing and to casualy meet known people on the street on the way to the park.

Normalayze: o tempo

A brisa chegou o céu escureceu
aonde eu estou? aonde esta você?
o tempo me fez

A brisa chegou o céu escureceu
aonde eu estou? aonde esta você?
o tempo me fez

Surprise, surprise

Completely unexpected this year it was announced that there is going to be a special festive day on 24th December: Christmas.
Since some of you have already received a present from me without gift wrap paper (to reduce the global amount of gift wrap paper being thrown away after unwrapping the gift) but lovingly stuffed in a supermarket bag, you can see on the picture above the design I decided to be meant for the paper not being present at the time you received your gift.
To make the illusion perfect, just watch some time at the picture and imagine then that your present was wrapped in it.

Overestimating the problem through focussing on the obvious is part of the game.

I think this year there will be no electronic presents for me under the christmas tree. In the end a good book or a nice trip away brings me more fun than a gadget.

Evanescence: Hello

Playground school bell rings again
Rain clouds come to play again
Has no one told you she´s not breathing?
Hello, I'm your mind giving you
Someone to talk to
Hello

If I smile and don´t believe
Soon I know I´ll wake from this dream
Don´t try to fix me, I´m not broken
Hello, I'm the lie, living for you so you can hide
Don´t cry

Suddenly I know I´m not sleeping
Hello, I´m still here
All that´s left of yesterday

Sting: Fields of Gold

You’ll remember me when the west wind moves
Upon the fields of barley
You’ll forget the sun in his jealous sky
As we walk in the fields of gold

So she took her love
For to gaze awhile
Upon the fields of barley
In his arms she fell as her hair came down
Among the fields of gold

Will you stay with me, will you be my love
Among the fields of barley
We’ll forget the sun in his jealous sky
As we lie in the fields of gold

See the west wind move like a lover so
Upon the fields of barley
Feel her body rise when you kiss her mouth
Among the fields of gold
I never made promises lightly
And there have been some that I’ve broken
But I swear in the days still left
We’ll walk in the fields of gold
We’ll walk in the fields of gold

Many years have passed since those summer days
Among the fields of barley
See the children run as the sun goes down
Among the fields of gold
You’ll remember me when the west wind moves
Upon the fields of barley
You can tell the sun in his jealous sky
When we walked in the fields of gold
When we walked in the fields of gold
When we walked in the fields of gold

Led Zeppelin: Stairway to heaven

There's a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold
And she's buying a stairway to heaven
When she gets there she knows, if the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for
Ooh, ooh, and she's buying a stairway to heaven

There's a sign on the wall but she wants to be sure
'Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings
In a tree by the brook, there's a songbird who sings
Sometimes all of our thoughts are misgiven
Ooh, it makes me wonder
Ooh, it makes me wonder

There's a feeling I get when I look to the west
And my spirit is crying for leaving
In my thoughts I have seen rings of smoke through the trees
And the voices of those who stand looking
Ooh, it makes me wonder
Ooh, it really makes me wonder

And it's whispered that soon if we all call the tune
Then the piper will lead us to reason
And a new day will dawn for those who stand long
And the forest will echo with laughter

If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now,
It's just a spring clean for the May Queen
Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on
And it makes me wonder

Your head is humming and it won't go, in case you don't know
The piper's calling you to join him
Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow, and did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind

And as we wind on down the road
Our shadows taller than our soul
There walks a lady we all know
Who shines white light and wants to show
How everything still turns to gold
And if you listen very hard
The tune will come to you at last
When all are one and one is all
To be a rock and not to roll

And she's buying a stairway to heaven

Frank Sinatra: Singing in the rain

I'm singing in the rain
Just singing in the rain
What a glorious feeling
I'm happy again
I'm laughing at clouds
So dark up above
The sun's in my heart
And I'm ready for love

Let the stormy clouds chase
Everyone from the place
Come on with the rain
I've a smile on my face
I'll walk down the lane
With a happy refrain
Singing, singing in the rain

I'm singing in the rain
Just singing in the rain
What a glorious feeling
I'm happy again
I walk down the lane
With a happy refrain
I'm singing, singing in the rain
singing in the rain

Nickelback: Photograph

Look at this photograph
Everytime I do it makes me laugh
How did our eyes get so red
And what the hell is on Joey's head

And this is where I grew up
I think the present owner fixed it up
I never knew we'd ever went without
The second floor is hard for sneaking out

And this is where I went to school
Most of the time had better things to do
Criminal record says I broke in twice
I must have done it half a dozen times

I wonder if It's too late
Should i go back and try to graduate
Life's better now then it was back then
If I was them I wouldn't let me in

Oh oh oh
Oh god I

Every memory of looking out the back door
I had the photo album spread out on my bedroom floor
It's hard to say it, time to say it
Goodbye, goodbye

Every memory of walking out the front door
I found the photo of the friend that I was looking for
It's hard to say it, time to say it
Goodbye, goodbye

Remember the old arcade
Blew every dollar that we ever made
The cops hated us hangin' out
They say somebody went and burned it down

We used to listen to the radio
And sing along with every song we know
We said someday we'd find out how if feels
To sing to more than just the steering wheel

Kim's the first girl I kissed
I was so nervous that I nearly missed
She's had a couple of kids since then
I haven't seen her since god knows when

Oh oh oh

I miss that town
I miss the faces
You can't erase
You can't replace it
I miss it now
I can't believe it

So hard to stay
Too hard to leave it

If I could I relive those days
I know the one thing that would never change

Every memory of looking out the back door
I had the photo album spread out on my bedroom floor
It's hard to say it, time to say it
Goodbye, goodbye

Every memory of walking out the front door
I found the photo of the friend that I was looking for
It's hard to say it, time to say it
Goodbye, goodbye

Look at this photograph

Silbermond: Wissen was wird

Von Sonnenauf- bis Untergang
Wart ich manchmal kurz und manchmal lang
Alles dreht sich nur um dich
Tausend Fragen quälen mich
Lassen mich nicht los, lässt mich nicht los
Keine Ahnung was willst du mir sagen.
Immer wenn der Mond am Himmel steht,
Immer wenn der Mond am Himmel steht...
...will ich
wissen was wird, aus dem Morgen
wissen was wird, aus Dir und mir
wissen was wird, sich ändern
wissen was wird
wissen was wird...

Keine Ahnung was willst du mir sagen.
Immer wenn der Mond am Himmel steht,
Immer wenn der Mond am Himmel steht...
...will ich
wissen was wird, aus dem Morgen
wissen was wird, aus Dir und mir
wissen was wird, sich ändern
wissen was wird
wissen was wird...

GLOBO_124_GUIA_DE_VIAGEM

Wind Nord-Ost, Startbahn 03
Bis hier hör ich die Motoren
Wie ein Pfeil fliegt sie vorbei
Und es klingt in meinen Ohren
Und der nasse Asphalt bebt
Wie ein Schleier staubt der Regen
Bis sie abhebt und sie schwebt
Der Sonne entgegen.

Über den Wolken
Muß die Freiheit wohl grenzenlos sein
Alle Ängste, alle Sorgen sagt man
Liegen darunter verborgen und dann
Würde was uns groß und wichtig erscheint
Plötzlich nichtig und klein.

Ich seh ihr noch lange nach
Seh sie die Wolken erklimmen
Bis die Lichter nach und nach
Ganz im Regengrau verschwimmen.
Meine Augen haben schon
Jenen winzgen Punkt verloren
Und von fern klingt monoton
Das Brummen der Motoren.

Über den Wolken
Muß die Freiheit wohl grenzenlos sein
Alle Ängste alle sorgen sagt man
Liegen darunter verborgen und dann
Würde was uns groß und wichtig erscheint
Plötzlich nichtig und klein.

Dann ist alles still ich geh
Regen durchdringt meine Jacke
Irgendjeman kocht Kaffee
In der Luftaufsichstbaracke
In den Pfützen schwimmt Benzin
Schillernd wie ein Regenbogen
Wolken spieglen sich darin
Ich wär gerne mitgeflogen.

Über den Wolken
Muß die Freiheit wohl grenzenlos sein
Alle Ängste alle sorgen sagt man
Liegen darunter verborgen und dann
Würde was uns groß und wichtig erscheint
Plötzlich nichtig und klein.

Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego: Part 2

Herman Hupfield: "As Time Goes By"

This day and age we´re living in
Gives cause for apprehension
With speed and new invention
And things like fourth dimension
Yet we get a trifle weary
With Mr. Einstein's theory

So we must get down to earth at times
Relax relieve the tension
And no matter what the progress
Or what may yet be proved
The simple facts of life are such
They cannot be removed

You must remember this
A kiss is still a kiss,
A sigh is just a sigh
The fundamental things apply
As time goes by

And when two lovers woo
They still say, "I love you"
On that you can rely
No matter what the future brings
As time goes by

Moonlight and love songs
Never out of date
Hearts full of passion
Jealousy and hate
Woman needs man
And man must have his mate
That no one can deny

Well, it's still the same old story
A fight for love and glory
A case of do or die
The world will always welcome lovers
As time goes by

Weg was war

Weg was war

Weg was war
Und es erscheint mir überall
Schenkt er auch neues Leben
Ne neue Chance für jeden
Wenn Sonnenlicht durch Wolken bricht
Wie nach nem Sommerregen

Es ist klar
Der Regen wäscht auf jeden Fall
Weg was war
Und es erscheint mir überall
Schenkt er auch neues Leben
Ne neue Chance für jeden
Wenn Sonnenlicht durch Wolken bricht
Wie nach nem Sommerregen

Limp Bizkit: Lonely world

Who's the man - the man in the middle
Who's the man - the man in the middle
Who's the man - the man in the middle
Who's the man - the man in the middle

[Verse]
When I reminisce ignorance was bliss,
Back in the days where the magic exist
Never be the same as it was, 'cuz the way it was
Just another day in the maze of a myth.

Had a lot of fun living life on the run,
Never had a chance to pause to get a better glance
Everything was free and everything was fast
Never even thought it wouldn't last.

When you go the mind of a man in the middle
Life is just a big fat riddle, so figure it out
Always thinking that you know
Everything little thing there is to know
But you don't really know, ya know?

It's like love, some people get it
For some it's just a glove that just never fitted
For me it's just a pain in the ass
But I'm addicted to the taste of hopin' it could last.

[Ref]
Another day another night inside a lonely world
Another game another fight inside a lonely world
Another wrong another right inside a lonely world
Such a lonely world, such a lonely world.

Who's the man - the man in the middle
Who's the man - the man in the middle
Who's the man - the man in the middle
Who's the man - the man in the middle

[Verse]
Maybe I'm a target for people that are bitter
At least I can say that I've never been a quitter
I remember high school, man I hated high school
It was like prison with bullies always putting me down.

Just a little skater boy they could pick on
I learned to forgive'em, now I got the balls they can lick on
I loved sneakin' out when my mom was asleep
With my gothic girlfriend makin' love in the creek.

With the mind of a man in the middle
It could be the end of the world as we know it
Still I never want it all, and I never want it now
I just want to cruise, if I loose then I'll figure it out.

How the times flies, even with the blink of an eye
When you're young you absorb like a sponge in disguise
Then you get a little older and gather your thoughts
It's amazing what you learn
When you've never been taught, ya know?

[Chorus]
Another day another night inside a lonely world
Another game another fight inside a lonely world
Another wrong another right inside a lonely world
Such a lonely world, such a lonely world

No matter how hard I can try inside a lonely world
No one can hear me when I cry inside a lonely world
I'll never know the reasons why inside a lonely world
Such a lonely world.

Who's the man?

Pitty: Admirável Chip Novo

Pane no sistema alguém me desconfigurou
Reinstalar o sistema

Pense, fale, compre, beba
Leia, vote não se esqueça
Use, seja, ouça, diga
Tenha, more gaste e viva

Jamiroquai: Corner Of The Earth

Little darlin' don't you see the sun is shining
Just for you, only today
If you hurry you can get a ray on you, come with me, just to play
Like every humming bird and bumblebee
Every sunflower, cloud and every tree
I feel so much a part of this
Nature's got me high and it's beautiful
I'm with this deep eternal universe
From death until rebirth

This corner of the earth is like me in many ways
I can sit for hours here and watch the emerald feathers play
On the face of it I'm blessed
When the sunlight comes for free
I know this corner of the earth it smiles at me
So inspired of that there's nothing left to do or say
Think I'll dream, 'til the stars shine

The wind it whispers and the clouds don't seem to care
And I know inside, that it's all mine
It's the chorus of the breakin' dawn
The mist that comes before the sun is born
To a hazy afternoon in May
Nature's got me high and it's so beautiful
I'm with this deep eternal universe from death until rebirth

You know that this corner of the earth is like me in many ways
I can sit for hours here and watch the emerald feathers play
On the face of it I'm blessed
When the sunlight comes for free
I know this corner of the earth it smiles at me
I know this corner of the earth it smiles at me

This corner of the earth, is like me in many ways
I can sit for hours here and watch the emerald feathers play
On the face of it I'm blessed
When the sunlight comes for free
I know this corner of the earth it smiles at me

Frankfurt de Janeiro

Arrival scheduled for tomorrow.

Juli: Regen und Meer

Du bist nicht wie ich,
doch das ändert nicht,
dass du bei mir bist
und ich zuseh wie du schläfst.

Du bist noch längst nicht wach,
ich wars die ganze Nacht
und hab mich still gefragt,

Nichts unversucht gelassen,
dich zu hassen,
doch es geht nicht.
Es geht nicht.

Ich bin der Regen, du das Meer.
Sanfter Regen regnet leise.
Ich bin der Regen, du das Meer.
Sanfter Regen zieht im Wasser große Kreise.

Ich hab gedacht, ich kann es schaffen,
es zu lassen,
doch es geht nicht.

Habs´n bisschen übertrieben,
dich zu lieben,
doch es geht nicht.

Nichts unversucht gelassen,
dich zu hassen,
doch es geht nicht.
Es geht nicht.

Ich hab gedacht ich kann es schaffen,
es zu lassen.

Flight

Yesterday, I made the tandem flight, again :)

Linkin Park: In the end

It starts with
One thing, I don’t know why
It doesn’t even mather how hard you try
Keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme
To explain due time
All I know
Time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down ’till the end of the day
Clock ticks life away
It’s so unreal
You didn’t look out below,
Watch the time go right out the window
Tryn’ to hold on
Didn’t even know, I wasted it all
Just to watch you go
I kept everything inside
And even though I tried
It all fell apart
What it’s meant to be
Will, eventually be,
A memory of a time,
When I tried so hard and got so far
But in the end, it doesn’t even matter...
I had to fall, to loose it all...
But in the end, it doesn’t even matter...

One thing, I don’t know why
It doesn’t even mather how hard you try
Keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme
To remind myself
How I tried so hard...
Dispite the way you were mocking me
Acting like I was part of your property
Remembering all the times you fought with me
I’m surprised it got so far
Things aren’t the way they were before
You wouldn’t even recognize me anymore
Not that you knew me back then
But it all comes back to me
In the end...

You kept everything inside
And even though I tried it all fell apart
What it meant to be, will
Eventually, be a memory of a time
When I tried so hard,
And got so far,
But in the end, it doesn’t even matter
I had to fall, to loose it all
But in the end, it doesn’t even matter

I’ve put my trust in you
Pushed as far, as I can go
For all this
There’s only one thing you should know

I’ve put my trust, in you
Pushed as far as I can go
For all this
There’s only one thing you should know...
I tried so hard,
And got so far,
But in the end, it doesn’t even matter
I had to fall, to loose it all,
But in the end, it doesn’t even matter

Back to Rio

Hullo,

now I am again in "Cidade Maravilhosa" and I will stay here until saturday when my flight back takes place.
The most important thing is the elevator software update that took place.
Now it only stops on the 6th floor and on the ground floor.
Unfortunately there is no backup for the old software available...

Expected highlights this week is "Rio Rock" concert and a paragliding jump 8-)

America: A horse with no name

On the first part of the journey
I was looking at all the life
There were plants and birds and rocks and things
There was sand and hills and rings

The first thing I met was a fly with a buzz
And the sky with no clouds
The heat was hot and the ground was dry
But the air was full of sound

I’ve been through the desert on a horse with no name
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert you can remember your name
’cause there ain’t no one for to give you no pain

After two days in the desert sun
My skin began to turn red
After three days in the desert fun
I was looking at a river bed
And the story it told of a river that flowed
Made me sad to think it was dead

You see I’ve been through the desert on a horse with no name
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert you can remember your name
’cause there ain’t no one for to give you no pain

After nine days I let the horse run free
’cause the desert had turned to sea
There were plants and birds and rocks and things
There was sand and hills and rings

The ocean is a desert with it’s life underground
And a perfect disguise above
Under the cities lies a heart made of ground
But the humans will give no love

You see I’ve been through the desert on a horse with no name
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert you can remember your name
’cause there ain’t no one for to give you no pain

CPM22: Um minuto para o fim do mundo

Me sinto só,

Sinto meu mundo acabar,
Perco o chão sob os meus pés
Me falta o ar pra respirar

Sinto meu mundo acabar,
Perco o chão sob os meus pés
Me falta o ar pra respirar

Sao Paulo: explained extremely fast

Imagine Sim City in reality!
Now I finally know where they got the idea for that game.

I`ll stay just one day longer..

Spontaneous hotel change

Oiii,

yesterday I moved away from downtown to a hotel at better place.
Now I am staying nearer to where the pretty people live :)

Also the restaurants and streets make a far better impression.

I made some fotos but don't be afraid: I am not posing on them ;-)

Robbie Williams: Feel

Come on hold my hand,
I wanna contact the living.
Not sure I understand,
This role I’ve been given.

I sit and talk to god
And he just laughs at my plans,
My head speaks a language, I don’t understand.

(chorus)
I just wanna feel real love,
Feel the home that I live in.
’cause I got too much life,
Running through my veins, going to waste.

I don’t wanna die,
But I ain’t keen on living either.
Before I fall in love,
I’m preparing to leave her.
I scare myself to death,
That’s why I keep on running.
Before I’ve arrived, I can see myself coming.

(chorus)
I just wanna feel real love,
Feel the home that I live in.
’cause I got too much life,
Running through my veins, going to waste.

And I need to feel, real love
And a life ever after.
I cannot get enough.

(instrumental)

(chorus)
I just wanna feel real love,
Feel the home that I live in,
I got too much love,
Running through my veins, going to waste.

I just wanna feel real love,
In a life ever after
There’s a hole in my soul,
You can see it in my face, it’s a real big place.

(instrumental)

Come and hold my hand,
I wanna contact the living,
Not sure I understand,
This role I’ve been given

Not sure I understand.
Not sure I understand.
Not sure I understand.
Not sure I understand.

Re-Scheduling

I will stay just a few days longer in Sao Paulo.
Imagine, this is a big city where people really LIVE!!
Since no one is waiting in Rio (so uma praia onde eu vou ficar sozinho..e meus 200 pitos..) this makes more sense to me.

I have just to be there when my flight back takes place :)

Arrival in Sao Paulo

No time to blog extensively, so just the facts.

  • my room 1803 is on the 18.th floor
  • a heliport is in front of my window (!!) on the roof of the building on the other side of the street
  • while there have not been a landing taking place, you can hear the helicopters almost constantly flying around and can see them pretty often (nice way to avoid traffic jam...)
  • the street is FULL of people although today is not holiday

Moderne Zeiten: Brasil

Wolfsheim: Kein zurück

Es gibt kein Weg zurück....

Weist Du noch wie es war,
Kinderzeit wunderbar.
Die Welt ist bunt und schön....

Bist Du irgendwann begreifst,

Was auch immer jetzt getan,

was ich heute weiß,
hätt ich lieber nie gesehen.

Es gibt kein Weg zurück.
Es gibt kein Weg zurück.
Es gibt kein Weg zurück.

Dein Leben dreht sich nur im Kreis,
so voll von weggeworfener Zeit.
Deine Träume schiebst Du endlos vor dir her....

Refrain: (2x)

was ich heute weiß,
hätt ich lieber nie gesehen.

Leaving Cidade Marvilhosa

I am still alive!

Oiiii!!!!

Hi friends,
how are you? Well since you are reading my blog I would like to give you a small update about my current situation in Rio.
The most important answer first: yes, I still have my wrist watch.
The second most important answer: yes, I bought 200 original Samba whistles (and it is still not allowed to use them extensively in the hotel..)

Ups...time over... see ya tomorrow, maybe....

Pitty: Máscara

Diga quem você é, me diga

I had enough if it, but i don't care
I had enough if it, but i don't care
I had enough if it, but i don't care
I had enough if it, but i don't care

Diga quem você é, me diga
Me fale sobre a sua estrada
Me conte sobre a sua vida

E o importante é ser você
Mesmo que seja estranho, seja você
Mesmo que seja bizarro, bizarro, bizarro
Mesmo que seja estranho, seja você
Mesmo que seja bizarro, bizarro, bizarro
Mesmo que seja estranho, seja você
Mesmo que seja bizarro, bizarro, bizarro
Mesmo que seja estranho, seja você
